    2018 has been hard, and honestly the past year and a half have felt like its been the hardest years of my life. A lot has happened, to the point it feels like 3-4 years have gone by. I won’t get into everything cause it’s too much and not everyone needs to know about it.

    Around the start of this year art began to really get hard for me to do. I started drawing less and less. The less I drew the more I hated it. I would stare at all my pieces with pure hatred. There were so many times I wanted to quit art, to finally give up. I wasn’t having fun, I wasn’t as good as others… so why should I continue? Luckily I’ve been slowly getting over that, there are still moments like it but nothing as bad. I’ve been working on my style and need to start pushing myself more with my art.

    A goal for 2019 is to work more on my original stories, I have a few I need to work on and pick which two stories I want to focus     more on. This is due to me biting off more than I can chew and ending up with five different stories I want to work on. I’ll also need to figure out if I would want these series to be a comic or a book/novel. Which means I need to be less lazy and actually work on it.

    I also have two really stupid goals for a 19 year old to have. One is to get my first job, I’ve always been afraid to pile on school and a job together but since its my senior year I want to get my toes wet and finally get a job. The other is to get my driver’s license, I get so much hell for not having my license yet and I want to fix that. This stuff makes me seem like an overgrown child.

    Now I’d like to give a special spotlight to my friends, both new and old. These people mean a lot to me. I may not be good with expressing my feeling but I’m going to try.

    First I want to go on about my sisters, the friends I’ve had for a long time.

    We’ve all been through a lot together and it’s only made us grow closer. I’ve know Molly and Madi for as long as I’ve been on deviantart and have known Ace for about 4 years. I will never be able to express how much you all mean to me, besides I would take a bullet for you in a heartbeat.
